Bearing Industry Labor Union Association was formally established at Zhouxiang Town, Cixi City on Sep. 7th, 2007. 38 representatives from local bearing industry attended the first meeting. It is reported 32 bearing enterprises have joined this organization, with total members of over 8000.
This association will protect and guarantee the workers’ legal rights in aspects of political, economic, safe-manufacturing etc.. It will also guide the members to carry out work independently and creatively.
